Katherine Jean Bolduan, also called her professional name Kate Bolduan, is an American journalist. Bolduan is most famously known as the anchor of the CNN morning show At This Hour. She previously co-anchored CNN morning programs New Day, and The Situation Room. Bolduan is part of CNN's prestigious presidential election coverage in 2012. Bolduan also worked as an official correspondent for the congressional office in Washington DC covering the activities of the US House and the senate. Bolduan's reports on the activities of Congress and other events in her time as an official of the Capitol Hill Unit included the negotiations to raise the debt limit for the US and debates by the supercommittee. She also served as a general assignment reporter and reported on topics such as the Christmas Day terrorist attack of 2009, the Supreme Court's decision regarding Obamacare and the 2009 implementation of the stimulus plan.
