Alex Flanagan

She has graduated from The University of Arizona, and Salpointe Catholic High School. Flanagan is a reporter for NFL Network as an anchor/reporter and for NBC Sports as a sideline reporter on Notre Dame home football games as well as Football Night in America. Flanagan is heard and seen in Madden 10 and the Madden 10 or Madden 11 video games. In these, she hosts a weekly recap of the game show with Fran Charles. Alex is from Sonoita in Arizona. Kevin Flanagan is the former University of Arizona Basketball player she got married to. They have two daughters and one son. Alex's father owns two Arizona steakhouses, The Steak Out (located at Sonoita) and Dove Mountain. Flanagan began her career with KVOA-TV in the year of her undergraduate studies as a reporter and news anchor. In 1998, she began covering sports. She worked as a reporter and anchor on NBC Sports as well as NFL Network, ESPN and Fox Sports. Furthermore, Flanagan was also part of the Gamma Phi Beta sister. When she graduated, Flanagan got her first television job. She was general assignment news reporter and weekend anchor at KCCO-TV located in Alexandria, Minnesota.
